iTunes Juga Kena "Hack", Ratusan Dollar AS Melayang

WASHINGTON, KOMPAS.COM -- Selain YouTube, iTunes App Store milik Apple kabarnya juga diserang hacker atau peretas. Beberapa akun pengguna iTunes telah dibajak dan disalahgunakan pelaku untuk memborong aplikasi.

Serangan tersebut diduga terkait dengan salah seorang developer Vietnam atas nama Thuat Nguyen. Pasalnya, sejak insiden ini terjadi, buku-buku yang dijualnya terdaftar dalam 42 dari 50 buku paling laris di bagian aplikasi buku iTunes. Apple telah menutup akses developer tersebut ke toko online iTunes.

Apple belum mengeluarkan pernyataan resmi atas insiden ini. Ada kemungkinan sistem pemeringkatan aplikasi yang laris telah disusupi untuk mendongkrak peringkat atau akun-akun yang dibajak dipakai untuk membeli aplikasi tersebut. Pasalnya, sejumlah pengguna iTunes mengaku kehilangan ratusan dollar AS karena transaksi yang tidak pernah mereka lakukan.

"Kemarin bank menghubungi saya menyatakan adanya aktivitas mencurigakan pada kartu debit saya. Ada 10 transaksi masing-masing antara 40 dollar AS dan 50 dollar AS di iTunes sehingga total 558 dollar AS," kata salah satu korban seperti dikutip The Next Web dari forum MacRumors.

Korban lainnya mengaku bingung karena dapat e-mail berisi laporan penggunaan akun di iTunes hingga senilai 190 dollar AS. Masing-masing untuk mengakses layanan peta dengan nilai transaksi berulang antara 1 dollar AS dan 3 dollar AS.

Untuk pengguna ponsel pintar berbasis Android, Keeta tersedia di Google Play Android Market. Sedangkan untuk pengguna Apple (iPhone dan iPad) dan BlackBerry, aksesnya dapat dilakukan melalui menu browser di http://keeta.pripla.com.

Keeta dapat menjadi sarana penyimpan dan pengolah data. Pelanggan juga dapat dengan mudah melakukan kontrol jarak jauh terhadap perangkat lainnya yang didaftarkan.

Deleting a tip is easy too. After opening the page that allows you to edit the tip, you can tap the Delete Tip button and tap Yes to verify that you really want to delete the tip.
